Install Nomoo
Nomoo lives on the web, so there's nothing to download and no store to wait on. Open it in your browser, add it to your home screen, and it behaves like any other app — own icon, full screen, no address bar.
Do this on the phone you want Nomoo on. Installing is per-device — it takes about fifteen seconds, and your account comes with you either way, so nothing is lost if you skip it and just use the browser.
iPhone & iPad
Use Safari. On iPhone and iPad, only Safari can add an app to the home screen. If you're reading this in Chrome or in an in-app browser (Instagram, WhatsApp), open app.nomooai.com in Safari first.
- Open app.nomooai.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up, in the bar at the bottom of the screen. On iPad it's at the top right.
- Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top right.
- Close Safari and open Nomoo from your home screen.
Not seeing "Add to Home Screen"? The share sheet is scrollable and the option sits below the row of apps — keep scrolling. If it still isn't there, you're not in Safari.
Android
- Open app.nomooai.com in Chrome.
- Chrome usually offers it for you: tap Install on the prompt at the bottom of the screen. No prompt? Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right and choose Install app — or Add to Home screen, depending on your Chrome version.

On Samsung Internet: tap the menu, then Add page to → Home screen.
On Firefox: tap the ⋮ menu, then Install.
Desktop
Nomoo is designed for a phone, but it installs on a computer just as well — it opens in its own window, sized like a phone.
- Open app.nomooai.com in Chrome or Edge.
- Click the install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar — a small screen with a downward arrow.Or use the ⋮ menu and look for Install Nomoo.
- Click Install.
Safari on Mac: choose File → Add to Dock. Firefox on desktop doesn't install web apps — Nomoo still runs in a normal tab.
What you get once it's installed
- Its own icon on your home screen, and its own window — no tabs, no address bar.
- Updates itself. There's no new version to download, ever; you always open the current Nomoo.
- The same account, everywhere. Your wallets, transactions and budgets live on your account, not on the device — sign in on a second phone and everything's there.
Questions
Why isn't Nomoo in the App Store or Play Store?
It doesn't need to be. Nomoo is a web app, so installing it is just adding it to your home screen — no store account, no 200MB download, no waiting for a review to ship a fix.
Is it a "real" app?
Once it's on your home screen, yes — it opens full screen from its own icon and works like anything else on your phone.
Do I have to install it?
No. Everything works in a normal browser tab at app.nomooai.com. Installing only makes it faster to reach and nicer to look at.
Do I need an account?
Not to start. Nomoo lets you in as a guest with just a username — add an email and password later if you want to keep it.
How do I remove it?
Exactly like any app: long-press the icon and delete it. That removes it from the device — it doesn't touch your account. To delete the account itself, see deleting your account.
